Honey & Oat Bars

Ingredients:
15 g Vanilla protein powder
1 Cup oats
1/2 cup almonds
4 pitted dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Method:
In a food processer blend 1/2 cup of the oats and the rest of the ingredients.
Blitz the remaining oats until incorporated.
Remove the batter from the bowl and place into a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Let them cool and cut into bars.
